We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Account Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Duties

• Answering telephone calls courteously and professionally .
• Accepting packages and liaising with visitors.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Standing as an interface between the staff and guests.
• Writing reports as may be required by the company.
• Making entries into the accounting journals.
• Possess IT skills and the efficient use of microsoft software packages.
• Taking messages and giving feedbacks.
• Handling correspondence of a confidential nature and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Maintaining procedures/policies of the company.

Requirement

• OND in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
