We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Front Desk and Admin Officer

Location: Ikota Complex - VGC Lekki, Lagos

Roles/ Responsibilities

  • Greet Visitors and clients in a Professional  and friendly manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and contact lists.
  • Answer  phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or  department.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing  and document preparation.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide assistance and information to visitors , clients and staff as needed.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Qualification and Experience

  • HND / B.Sc in Business Admin or any Social Science.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Should be a female.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Should stay in close proximity to the Ikota complex. VGC Lekki, Lagos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills .

Salary Range
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
