• Reporting to the Duty Manager, you will attend to guests and visitors and ensure total guest satisfaction.
• You must be presentable and smart.
• You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will also attend to guests' requests and provide necessary information.
• You must have a warm and pleasant personality.
