Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator

The Impact You Will Make

• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products, order processing, distribution planning, inventory management and reconciling cash and stock.
• You should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Process customer orders and assign them to clusters
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 5 years work experience.
