General Manager, Business Development in an Oil & Gas Firm

Workforce Group - Our client, Oil & Gas firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager, Business Development
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead WDCL's business development efforts, identifying and securing new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector and beyond.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies and multinational corporations.

Requirements

• Proven track record (10 years) in oil and gas business development with a strong understanding of the Nigerian market and emerging trends. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in a similar GM role or a senior business development position within a leading oil and gas service company.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

Salary

• N1,500,000 - N2,500,000 monthly
