Job Title: Global Co-Curricular Director

About the Role

Parents care about more than just academic outcomes; they also care about their children’s opportunities for co-curriculars like debate team, football, singing, and so forth.

Your primary responsibilities will creating teacher guides for these programs. You will study existing programs at individual schools (Bridge and non-Bridge); find out what works that is not specific to a particularly talented individual; then create programs that can be effectively implemented by all Bridge teachers, paying proper attention to the cultural preferences of each country.

What you should have

A Bachelor’s degree
Experience in high-poverty schools, preferably in the developing world
Experience with centralized curriculum
Exceptional organization and project management skills
Strong people management skills with experience managing a large team of professionals
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and execute large-scale projects
Experience with designing and implementing organizational systems
Ability to analyze data and effectively use data to inform decisions
Flexibility and a strong work ethic with an ability to overcome obstacles
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
