Graduate Marketers needed in a Real Estate Company in Lagos
W-Holistic Business Solutions - Our client, a real estate and
construction company, seeks to recruit a focused and self-driven
individual for the position of:
Job Title: Marketer (Real Estate)
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote sales of real estate properties
- Present purchase offers to sellers and buyers for consideration
- Maintaining and updating customer databases;
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property,
advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are
visiting.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated
- Promote sale of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Conducting market research (using customer questionnaires and focus groups)
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
Competency and Skill Requirements
- One year experience in Marketing in the real estate industry
- A first Degree in a relevant discipline
- Ability to work as a team with colleagues
- Possess technical skills
- Be able to think like the customer
- Interpersonal and communication skills (be able to act as intermediary between the company and buyers)
