Graduate Relationship Officer in a Reputable Financial Institution

A reputable Financial Institution is recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Relationship Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Manage relationship with clients to grow the existing business
  • Collation of tasks from internal and external Call Notes/Meetings
  • Follow up to deliver on commitments made to clients at meetings, using call notes as a guide
  • Ensure timely resolution of clients’ complaints/requests
  • Trending banks’ reporting needs and proactively ensuring that banks subsequently get such reports without prompting
  • And more

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2:1 or Upper Credit
  • 0-2 years post-NYSC experience.
  • Preferable Courses: Social Sciences
  • Willing to work with the organisation for a minimum of 3 years.
