Job Title: Graduate Trainee Assistant

Description

This role is designed for high-intelligence, fast-learning, and resourceful graduates who can think critically, learn quickly, and solve problems independently.
The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and excited to build a strong foundation in digital and growth marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team to support campaign execution, content development, customer insights, creative testing, and performance reporting.
This position is perfect for someone who may not have formal marketing experience but is naturally smart, quick to figure things out, and eager to grow within a fast-paced consumer brand.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content, influencer, and paid media).
Analyze engagement data and share insights on what content or campaigns are performing well.
Assist the marketing team in organizing and tracking creative assets, campaign calendars, and performance reports.
Work with the team to ideate new marketing concepts informed by data, customer behavior, and market research.
Assist with creative development including captions, briefs, content ideas, and campaign storytelling.
Conduct basic research on customers, competitors, and industry trends to support marketing decisions.
