Job Brief

• We’re looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in a variety of areas, including customer service, sales, and marketing.

Duties

• Under the direction of the General Manager
• Establish and cultivate rapport with the community
• Understand and expose dairy operations
• Understand and expose animal and plant operations
• Understand and expose all departments of the corporation
• Visit producers and suppliers
• With the office manager, maintain schedules, visitor sign-in, and record keeping
• Discuss project ideas with managers
• Attend meetings
• Perform general office duties that upon request
• Generate reports
• Keep accurate files
• Work confidentially
• Assist with marketing

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing operations, sales, and marketing strategies to increase business profitability
• Develop a pipeline of qualified applicants
• Train new employees
• Assist in the development of job and task management systems
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Conduct research, data analysis, and report writing
• Assist with product training

Requirements and Skills

• Preferable graduate or professional Degree; experience in a related field preferred
• 3+ years’ proven success in sales, marketing, business development, or finance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Salary
N60,000 / Month.
