• Unilever Nigeria's Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program is providing working experience opportunities for Graduates and Undergraduates alike. Unilever Nigeria is one of the leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in Nigeria, operating in various sectors including Personal Care and Nutrition. Some of our brands include Closeup, Vaseline and Knorr.
• Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? Do you have good stakeholder and project management skills? Join us for 1 year as a FUCAP Customer Development (CD) Admin intern if you meet the requirements listed. 

Main Responsibilities

• Monthly preparation of CD Expense Plan, including float payments, travels, hospitality and other CD-related expenses.
• Weekly and monthly reconciliation and accounting of all CD spends and costs.
• Support on CD fleet management with the CD Excellence lead - ensure all vehicle documents are renewed OTIF, manage allocation, purchase and disposal process of CD vehicles, vehicle and truck repair process, timely payment of annual tracker subscription as well as LG papers for all vehicles and regional trucks.
• Support the Head of CD on CD meetings, agenda, and proactively follow up on actions.
• Support in the management of payment for all third-party agencies that manage CD contract employees and extensions.
• Manage CD policies and communications across CD team - announcements, newsletters and physical letters/correspondence sent to the team from external parties.
• Centralize product pack management for field team.
• Planning and communication of all CD logistics planning including travels, hospitality and meeting arrangements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must be serving or have completed NYSC.
• Excellent knowledge and experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.
• Budget Management Skills

• Available to work fulltime for the duration of 1 year.

Salary
This internship comes with a monthly Gross Stipend of NGN90,000.
