Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to design visually compelling graphics for both digital and print mediums.
• You will be responsible for creating engaging visuals that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging, ensuring high-quality and innovative design work across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create visual assets for web, social media, print, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to produce graphics that align with the company’s objectives.
• Prepare and format final designs for various outputs, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and project deadlines.
• Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
• Produce high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, website elements, and social media content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Understanding of design for both print and digital media.

Experience:

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a marketing or advertising environment.
• Experience working with branding guidelines and creating consistent visual identities.
• Experience with video editing or animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Experience in creating visuals for digital platforms, social media, websites, and print.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work under tight deadlines.
