We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Group Company Secretary

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• B.Sc. or equivalent in a law-related course.
• A master’s degree is an added advantage
• A Group Company Secretary with 10-12 years relevant experience to assist the Group Company Secretary in ensuring the efficient administration, legal framework of the Company and maintenance of best-in-class governance.
• Proven experience in at least one of our investment sectors: power, hospitality, oil and gas, or energy is an added advantage.

Competencies:

• Strong legal acumen with the ability to interpret and apply complex legislation, regulatory guidance
• Demonstrated ability to manage Board and Committee operations with discretion, professionalism, and high attention to detail.

Salary
N700,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
