Job Title: Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Job
The ideal candidate will engage in Management Accounting Functions which includes:

Manage and continually improve, simplify, standardize, and further automate the group’s separate and consolidated monthly financial reports.
Prepare concise and highly professional Board-level presentations on the group results, telling the story behind the numbers for the group’s top decision-makers.
Undertake detailed analysis of variances, underscore the root cause, and recommend necessary action points.
Ensure integrity of accounting entries in the company’s records
Preparation of periodic Group Management reports
Prepare ‘what-if’ analysis and models by building business cases, scenarios, simulations, and sensitivity analysis for informed decision-making on the Group’s investments.
Manage all of the Group’s planning processes from beginning to end: the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term plans.
Ensure the effective implementation of budgetary controls and monitoring for all Operating companies in the group.

Education

First Degree in Accounting,
Accounting Professional Qualification: Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Skills

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of working experience in senior FP&A role/s in medium to large enterprises
Experience in deploying Vena (an FP&A software solution) will be a distinct advantage.
