Job Title: Growth Analyst

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• The Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting and improving the operations, engagement, and strategic initiatives of the Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors program. 
• This includes managing ambassadors recruitment, overseeing skill-based teams, coordinating virtual and physical events, tracking program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and most importantly- being able to innovate, think outside the box, and introduce ambitious initiatives geared towards the goal of the community.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about building thriving communities. 
• You should have experience in community management, program coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.

An ideal candidate will bring

• 2+ years of experience in community management, program coordination, or related roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing program impact and reporting.
• Passion for financial literacy, student empowerment, and career development.
• Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Email marketing software, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and other project management software is a plus.
• Experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and ambassador program management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
