We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Human Resources

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: CEO/Executive Chairman

Profile Summary

• The Head, Human Resources and Admin will Manage the HR function with the objective of building and retaining a highly skilled, motivated and engaged workforce to support the achievement of corporate strategic objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement talent, performance, career, and succession plans.
• Oversee a fair and transparent performance management system.
• Identify training needs and drive tailored learning and development programs.
• Supervise office admin, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HR and admin policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop HR strategies, policies, and budgets aligned with corporate goals.
• Provide strategic HR advisory and support decision-making at leadership level.
• Develop and execute attraction, retention, and leadership development strategies.
• Design competitive, equitable compensation structures and manage cost forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and appraise HR and admin teams to ensure high performance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage

Functional Critical/Must Have

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Proven success in HR transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance

Desirable

• Experience in Oil & Gas sector
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM)

Salary
N35,000,000 - N40,000,000 annually.
