• Leads the development and implementation of P&MA tools and processes to evaluate ROI of Market Access activities People and organizational leadership
• Leads, develops and coaches EWA P&MA teams and individuals to achieve high levels of performance
• Ensures relevant training and quality of P&MA teams in EWA KAM
• Leads the development of EWA KAM strategy and ensures that this is aligned with other key functions.
• Sets business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for Key Accounts; aligns this with Marketing, Sales, Market Access and other key functions.
• Pricing & Market Access Strategy development
• Develops EWA health policy and pricing strategy to ensure best launch and in- market prices according to the market situation, EWA priorities and Global strategies
• Provides market and competitor intelligence to Regional and Global Groups Operational delivery
• Leads the design and implementation of innovative P&MA initiatives to guarantee sustainable competitive advantage in the market place based on a deep Functional excellence
• Leads the development of P&MA capabilities and operational excellence across EWA

Minimum requirements Educational Background:

• University degree in Science, MBA required

Language:

• English

Experience:

• As per competency required.
