Job Overview

We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and optimize our operational functions.
This is a critical leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of improving operational performance and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals. Oversee the execution of these strategies, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Identify and mitigate operational risks. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Set clear expectations and provide regular performance feedback.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in operations management
