Job Title: HR Associate (Training, Recruitment & Payroll)

Location: Warra, Ngaski LGA - Kebbi

Job Summary

  • Tyeeli New Energy Company seeks proactive and dedicated HR Associates to support its Mineral Exploration and Processing operations in Wara-Ngaski.
  • The successful candidates will contribute to key HR functions, including employee performance appraisal and development, full-cycle recruitment, and compensation & benefits administration, ensuring a motivated, well-supported workforce aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Training Associate: Coordinate and administer performance appraisal processes, identify training needs, and support implementation of employee development programs to enhance productivity and career growth.
  • Recruitment Associate: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top industry talent.
  • Payroll Associate: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs accurately and in compliance with statutory regulations, ensuring timely salary processing, record keeping, and employee query resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, local labour laws, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS tools.
  • Candidates available to resume immediately is highly soughted.
  • 2 - 5 years’ relevant experience in Training & Development, Recruitment, or Payroll Administration, preferably within the mining, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Possession of relevant professional certificationswill be an added advantage.
  • Ability to propose and implementHR initiative to drive employee engagement and experience.

Salary
N2,000,000 - N3,000,000 / Annum.
