Hypermarket Merchandiser at Saro Lifecare Limited

Saro Lifecare, a division of Saro Africa International operates in the Personal & Household Products Segment of the FMCG Industry in Nigeria, and is expanding its products range and manufacturing operations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hypermarket Merchandiser
Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Benin - Edo and Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

Ensure that stocks are available in respective stores and are properly shelved at eye level with the right types and quantities of products
Display, arrange, price, and orientate products in store
Monitor store inventory based on sales and offtake
Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers
Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors

Qualifications

OND qualification
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service
Strong negotiation Skills
Excellent commercial acumen
0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
Excellent analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
