Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned ICT software purchase task
• Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned ICT hardware purchase task
• Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned ICT inventory and replacement task
• Ensure error free compliance to all ICT Policies, procedure and approval process
• Ensure full compliance to specification on ICT Services Level Agreement for ICT third party Projects
• Execute ICT Business support initiatives to drive revenue target actualization based on action plan
• Execute ICT Business support initiatives based on operational cost reduction strategy action plan
• Execute ICT Business support initiatives based on project cost reduction strategy action plan
• Drive towards attainment of ICT project cash payment to cash collection targets
• Drive towards attainment of ICT expenses cash payment to cash collection targets
• Provide weekly and monthly ICT Target actualization report
• Visit and call existing clients to create ICT system that can help us serve our clients and partners better.
• Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned ICT software maintenance schedule task
• Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned ICT hardware repair and maintenance schedule task
• Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned Staff ICT training schedule task
• Ensure timely and error free execution of all emergency ICT complaints requisition task
• Ensure timely payment of all mandatory ICT payment obligations
• Ensure timely and error free execution of all emergency ICT communication task
• Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned ICT database creation and update task

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree
• Minimum of 5 years working experience as an ICT Lead in an Advertising Agency or any related industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills.
