Summary

• We seek proactive and results-driven Independent Sales Agents to join our team and play a pivotal role in selling our premium advertising space.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients across various industries to present and sell our advertising solutions.
• Customized Solutions: Analyze clients' goals and create customized advertising solutions that maximize their ROI on our platform.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant insights.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and finalize contracts, ensuring a smooth process from proposal to implementation.
• Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. 
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored advertising packages.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising metrics, and market trends.
• Previous experience in Advertising company is must.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or advertising.
