We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Head Business Development

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate must have cognate experience in Mortgage, credit and treasury activities.
• The successful applicant will steer the ship of these units at a Senior Management capacity.
• He/She must be a self starter and confidence to grow the business considerably within a reasonable time frame.
• He/She will be responsible for, amongst others:
  • Translation of the company's strategies into marketing plans.
  • Formulation and execution of Business plan.
  • Preparation/ presentation of monthly performance report.

Requirements

• A business minded self starter full of initiatives.
• First Degree in any social Sciences.
• He/She must have the required capacity to identify and mobilize business from Lagos and Southern part of Nigeria.
• Understanding of Lagos Business climate is paramount
• A very pleasant personality with quest for result.
• Minimum of 8 years post graduate cognate experience, with at least 4 years at managerial positions of a reputable financial institution with proven track record.
