Manager, Finance and Administration: Abuja (REF: MGR001)
Description: This role requires a driven, thorough
and systematic individual with strong problem-solving, decision-making,
managerial and advanced finance management skills. S/he will be
responsible for coordinating and implementing best-in-class finance
processes and policies, as well as managing the general administrative
activities of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Master’s degree in Finance or recognized professional certification (such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA)
- Minimum of 13-15 years’ finance and accounting experience/
administrative management experience of which 5 years must be in a
managerial position
Manager, Human Resources: Abuja (REF: MGR002)
Description: This role requires a results-oriented and assertive
self-starter, with strong abilities in setting up HR functions,
mentoring and managing a diverse workforce. S/he will be responsible for
managing and enhancing the organization’s human resource operations at a
strategic level by developing strategies, policies and infrastructure
for the purpose of company integration and synergy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Humanities or related discipline
- Masters’ degree in Human Resources Management or a recognized
professional qualification with registered bodies in Human Resource
Management
- 13-15 years’ experience in the Construction/Consulting/FMCG
sectors/project-based environment, with 5 years in a senior management
role
- Proven generalist experience, including the ability to set up HR

semi-skilled employees and scale up or down based on project demands
Business Development Manager: Abuja (REF:MGR003)
Description: This role requires a results-oriented and proactive
individual with strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as
competencies in business development, market analysis, bid development
and debt recovery. S/he will play a significant role in implementing
business development strategies through strong relationship management,
geared towards a satisfied client base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- MBA, Master’s degree or recognized professional qualification in a relevant field would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 13-15 years’ relevant work experience, with 5 years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of an extensive network within the construction
industry, with demonstrated abilities to identify, secure and close
major business deals involving private and government institution.
Assistant Manager, Strategy & Corporate Planning: Abuja (REF: Cs00l)
Description: This role requires an analytical,
logical and systematic individual with the ability to think outside the
box. S/he will drive strategy development and implementation, corporate
performance reviews, and’ strategic planning processes that lead to
budgeting processes, as well as conduct market intelligence and data
analytics.
Requirements:

Description: This role requires a confident,
proactive and compliant individual with the ability to work effectively
under pressure. S/he will assist with the overall running of
comprehensive corporate risk and compliance management, with emphasis on
risk identification, transfer and retention techniques to protect the
organization.
Requirements:

Description: This role requires a self-motivated
individual with an ability to provide optimal solutions that are
cost-effective and of high quality. S/he will be involved in providing
support for the Audit and Project Monitoring department in the planning,
executing and reporting of the company’s operational, financial,
construction projects, regulatory and compliance related audits/reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Must possess Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or ACCA qualifications.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in understanding and performing
audit management, audit standards, business processes and internal

Assistant Manager, PMO: Abuja (REF:E005)
Description: This role requires a creative and
adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, and a
demonstrated commitment to ensuring safe working practices. S/he will be
responsible for managing a team of experienced project managers
dedicated to the successful delivery of projects across the company, and
supporting the successful delivery of programs undertaken by the

Description: This role requires a decisive and
analytic individual with working knowledge of using surveying equipment
and the ability to instruct, direct, and evaluate employees. S/he will
be responsible for managing and coordinating surveys and investigations
of land surfaces, and will act as an advisor to land surveying teams
regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

Description: This role requires a mature, proactive,
resourceful and hands-on individual with good initiative, strong
technical abilities in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
S/he will be responsible for the development and execution of the
project cost plan, monitoring and collecting cost data to ensure
alignment with top management’s budget directives, as well as cost
tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with specialization in project management or cost control related trainings and certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an added advantage
- Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience in project estimating and cost controlling
