New Star Metal International Limited is a company that manufactures Aluminum ingot and package non-ferrous metals for exportation.

Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Location: Owode Onirin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Contribute to the development and refinement of organization’s vision and strategy. Liaise with other Head of departments on the implementation of the company’s strategic and implementation plans.
• Management, monitoring, reporting and communication in regards to financial and physical resources, general administration and budgeting.
• Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/ Official bodies.
• Self-development and continuing personal development.
• Supports the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and Long term profitability and returns to the shareholders.
• Develop, review and report on the organization’s strategy, ensuring the strategic Objectives is well understood and executed by Heads of Departments.
• Maintains the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liason on all company affairs at a level acceptable to the board.
• Ensures that the operating objectives and standards of performance are understood by the management as well as the employees.
• Ensure that appropriate standards of conducts are established and complied with according to the quality management system of the company.
• Prudently manages resources within the budget guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be Chartered Accountants  (ICAN / ACCA) with 5+ years relevant work experience in Internal Control
• Must not be above 30 - 35 years of age.

Salary
N130,000 Monthly.
