Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Anambra
Employment Type: Part-time

Description 

• We are looking to hire an inventory officer to create records, collect data about every material used in production and the products, and enter it into a software database. The inventory offer role is shift based, successful candidates must be willing to work both day and night shifts on alternative weeks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain stock records using computerized systems.
• Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders.
• Undertake monthly stocktakes.
• Take night shifts as at when due.
• Record and track stock levels of finished products.
• Receive, store and issue goods.
• Fulfil purchase orders.
• Draw up inventories.

Requirements

• Must have finished the NYSC program.
• To enjoy clerical duties.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work night shifts.
• An attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer skills (Advanced Excel skills).
• Numeracy skills.
• Planning and time management ability.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
