Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Investment Banker with Investment Banking experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional financial advisory and administrative services to the GMD.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide comprehensive investment advice and recommend suitable investment products and strategies to the GMD.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial markets, investment opportunities, and economic trends.
  • Stay informed about our company’s investment products and services.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking notes during meetings and following up on action items.
  • Stay updated with industry news, market trends and regulatory changes to effectively advise the GMD.
  • Serving as a point of contact for the GMD, communicating with other executives, employees and external contacts.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and other related activities.
  • Assisting with budget management, tracking expenses, and processing invoices as it concerns the office of the GMD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Investment Broker or similar role, preferably in the financial and Investment Broker Industry.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Knowledge of market trends.
  • Solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Certified Financial Adviser certification or it’s equivalent is an advantage.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • MS Office proficiency
