KarFerry Limited - Our client, a Microfinance Bank based in Lagos is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Direct Sales Executive Location: Lagos Job Description

  • Our client is recruiting to fill the post of Loan Officers
  • These Officers will participate in the sales and administration of Financial products (Loans)
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with Team Supervisor assigned to their zones and engage with clients in managing their loans.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Candidate must reside on the island or close to the island ( Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, or Oshodi, Oworoshoki and its environs).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Self-driven, organized, willing to work in Lagos
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a passion for selling, can work under pressure, a professional with good work ethics.
Remuneration
  • The compensation structure (allowance + commission), selling model, target and training method guarantees a win-win situation for staff and the organization
  • N45,000 - N50,000 per month gross plus commission.
