• Carry out Daily Maintenance Checks on the Machines.
• Attend/Fix breakdowns on the Machines.
• Keep all the machines in good operational condition
• Ensures machine breakdown downtime is less than 10%
• Prepares Annual Maintenance for the machine
• Document every Maintenance (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) done for record purpose
• Zero tolerance to stock out of spares in the Production Store.
• Frequent routine inspection/observation checks on the equipment/machine.
• Update Machine History Cards on Maintenance
• Prepare Job Orders/schedule for machine repairs.
• Make spare parts requisition to supervisor.
• Evaluate machine repairs cost versus budget cost

Job Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering minimum of 2:2
• 2-3 years experience in Production Machine maintenance
• Smart, Intelligent and Calculative.
