Ascentech Services Limited - Our client in the Plastic and Molding industry is sourcing for an experienced candidate to generate and improve sales revenue in the vacant position below:     Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Sango Otta, Ogun Job Description

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Job Requirements
  • OND/B.Sc/MBA, MBA is a plus but not mandatory
  • Minimum 4 years experience in sales and marketing in plastic manufacturing industry is mandatory
  • Sales certification is a plus
