Owens and Xley Consults - Our client, a Healthy Food Company based in Lekki is looking to hire candidates who would assist in accomplishing all human resource activities withing the capacity below: Job Title: HR-Personal Assistant Location: Lagos Job Description

Provide support for all recruitment activities within the unit
Provide support for all recruitment activities including advert drafting, collation of CV’s and organizing/ scheduling of interviews
Maintain a constantly updated CV database for easy retrieval of relevant CV’s when needed
Other ad-hoc duties that maybe assigned;
Candidates must live on the Lekki-Ajah axis.
Assist in maintaining staff movement tracker/ staff attendance register
Assist in creating and updating work schedules for staff
Assist in maintaining and updating all staff personnel files; using appropriate checklist to ensure complete documentation
