Job Title: Medic (female) Location: Offshore
Job Description:
  • Respond on accidents and or ill crew member.
  • Practice first aid respond.
  • Conduct check-up for ill crew member and give proper medications.
  • Keeping medical records of each crew.
  • Dealing with illness and injury which occurs onsite; dressing wounds, administering drugs, checking blood pressure, giving anti-tetanus injections.
  • Providing 24-hour cover for emergency treatment and first aid.
  • Contributing to occupational health and safety services onsite,chairing most health and safety meetings and carrying out health promotions.
  • Providing around –the-clock medical and emergency care for illnesses and injuries sustained by members of the oil rig crew.
Qualification/Requirements: Candidates should have relevant qualification:
  • Quality and Excellent first-Aid skills.
  • Ability to treat Injuries ,with limited Assistance or Supervision
  • Have an idea of Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS Issues.
  • Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
  • Must be a Young and Vibrant Female.
  • Valid healthcare practitioner.
