Job Title: Capacity Management Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Telecommunications
Job Type: Fixed renewable contract (1 year, 4 months)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare Capacity plan for IT and the Business
  • Service and Business Capacity Manager for IT and the Business
  • Ability to Script and Code for capacity information requirement
  • Monitor and adopt best practices and new technologies that align with Enterprise Management strategy.
  • Update systems management blueprint to global standards in Enterprise System Management.
  • Ensure business continuity of IS Operations and provide stable environment for IS applications.
  • Develop and regularly review business process system to standardize / optimize IS’s work methods and activities and ensure automation of operating processes and services.
  • Proactive Capacity management implementation to prevent incidents
  • Develop strategies to ensure technical direction for systems management to gain and support competitive advantage for the organisation through automation.
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators for IS business processes, working with process owners to develop pragmatic targets and determining methods and frequency of measurement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc in Computer Science or related courses
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Enterprise System Management skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 (Competitive).

 

 

 

Job Title: Service Support Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Telecommunications
Job Type: Fixed renewable contract (1 year, 4 months)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical information, customer assistance, and solutions to technical problems across the enterprise
  • Track and monitor IT/IS metrics and analyze related statistics to support decision making in relation to discovering improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure preparation and presentation of reliable trend analyses to help determine focus areas and develop proactive approaches to faults management.
  • Initiate service improvement programs and liaise with the Change Management team over proposed changes.
  • Undertake projects designed to introduce new services or improve levels of service and carry out independent post implementation surveys to ascertain that newly introduced services meet customers’ utility and warranty requirements.
  • Evaluate new information systems products or services and suggests changes to existing products or services to aid the end user.
  • Eliminate / minimize downtime / disruptions to service delivery due to IT problems / issues
  • Formulate and maintains Customer relationship strategies to satisfy the oprganisation's customers
  • Develop IT/IS action plan to address identified issues with customer satisfaction
  • Manage Major Incidents and Problems across all IS Enterprise Systems
  • Ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied
  • Monitor & manage the entire incident lifecycle as it progresses through IT/IS and /or related interfaces within the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc in Information technology, Computer Science or other related courses
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service or Account Management Experience
  • Telecommunications industry expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month (Competitive)

 

 

 

Job Title: ITAM Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Telecommunications
Job Type: Fixed renewable contract (1 year, 4 months)

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain IT assets for accuracy and dependency for business planning and operation
  • Maintain dependencies and inter relationships between configuration items are communicated and understood.
  • Maintain the Federated Asset Management Databases
  • Ensure the availability of license information to staff and management
  • Ensure the information available helps in planning changes and determining the impact on changes.
  • Provide a graphical representation of the organisation's IS infrastructure to aid diagnosis of incidents and problems.
  • Ensure and maintain a comprehensive and accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Required Skills and Qualification

  • B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information System Security.
  • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
  • Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 / Month (Competitive).
