• About 5 - 10 years of post-qualification experience in a high performing organization in a similar business and organization
• Clear and perfect understanding of Courier management and Operations.
• Conversant with interstate transportation courier logistics operation.
• Customer care and relationship management skills.
• Must understand and be conversant with the challenges of developing a performance driven Team in a high paced work environment.
