We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Abuja Responsibilities Your responsibilities as our eCommerce Operations Manager, will include but jot limited to:

• Work with the stake holders to shape new operational processes and implementation of the New systems, for online platform and market places.
• Working closely with Customer Service to ensure customers enquiries regarding operations are met, orders and returns are delivered within set KPIs, ensuring a full investigation of any anomalies and suggesting solutions.
• Provide weekly reports on agreed KPIs for operations, and market places, ensuring relevant information is relayed.
• Work closely with the business development officer to ensure all targets are completed within agreed time frames.
• Support our day to day operations across checkout, embracing design, planning, control performance improvement and operation strategy.
• Partner with key business stakeholders, development teams, and various supply chain partners to support and drive our operational plans.

• The ideal candidate will be familiar with eCommerce Operations with at least 2 years experience in the eCommerce industry
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Awareness of internal and external customer needs.
