PPC Limited - Our client, BT Health and Diagnostic Center (BTHDC) is an ultra-modern Diagnostic Center facility which provides Radiology and laboratory services at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja Lagos. BTHDC is a Public-Private partnership Agreement between Lagos State Government.

They are currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

 

 



Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
  • Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the organization’s website.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
  • Fix error in online content, arrange webinars and webcasts.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for total sales results for the Centre.
  • Manage and coordinate on-ground marketing activities for the Centre including getting data from other centres to support sales activities.
  • Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed the month on month – HMOs, Private Hospitals/companies, Public Hospitals, Diagnostics Centres etc.
  • Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel in the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategies to increase patronage and position the centre as a Diagnostic Center of choice.
  • Work closely with the Center Manager and the Clinical team to support value-adding programs and initiatives
  • Explore, Develop and Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Negotiate with potential Accounts/Customers, special deals, pricing, timing, service compensation in line with BTHDC policy
  • Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer needs in the region to ensure business growth
  • Provide input for the business planning exercise: market trends, competitor behaviour, potential projects and other relevant business information of the Healthcare Diagnostics Industry.
  • Develop and maintain up to date market intelligence on available/potential opportunities, competition, threats within the territory and report same promptly.
  • Maintain a healthy database of accounts and ensure optimal relationship management of key clients for the Center.
  • Timely preparation of reports weekly, monthly or otherwise required
  • Effectively managing the sales and marketing staff and sales agents in line with established Performance Management principle.

Qualification and Person Specification

  • Bachelor Degree in Medical or related Sciences, Business Management or Marketing.

Job Title: Medical Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Assist in the lifting, mobilizing, and transportation of patients throughout their investigations.
  • Assessing the patient for cardinal signs of life and alerting the Nurse on duty when necessary. before bringing them in for investigation.
  • Accompanying medical personnel like Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers and Physiologist for out-patient service.
  • Carry out cleaning duties in designated areas as required in accordance with infection control, health and safety guidelines.
  • Preparation of procedure rooms before the commencement of the day’s work.
  • Safe movement of medical equipment and consumables.
  • Collection/transportation of supplies to various departments.
  • Chaperoning of procedures.
  • Movement of instruments to the Central Sterile Department for sterilization.
  • Carrying out observations like Blood pressure, Pulse, Weight, Height and Oxygen saturation for patients.
  • Proper handling, changing and monitoring of Oxygen cylinder and it’s usage.
  • Carrying out every task assigned by the medical team at every point in time.

Qualification and Person Specification

  • A Diploma or OND certificate in any Medical Science/Health-related course. 
  • 1-3 years work experience.
  • Ability to work quickly and calmly during emergencies.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize.
  • Patient and tolerance.
  • Caring and sympathetic.
  • Physical fitness & dexterity.
  • Ability to respect patient’s confidentiality.
