  • Our company seeks to expand its market frontiers. We have recently launched some revolutionary products for the mass market. These products are of superior quality,competitive in volume and appropriately priced.
  • We seek Trainee Retail Representatives who will be our last mile agents in the distribution chain.Their primary responsibility will revolve around the following;
    • Identify the niche market.
    • Convert potential retailers.
    • Sustain the growth of the demand.
Requirements Interested candidates must as a necessity possess the following attributes/qualifications;
  • Must have above average communication skills(both written and verbal)
  • Must demonstrate effective team playing attributes.
  • Must be resident in the preferred territory/location.
  • Must have a can do attitude with a very high dose of motivation.
  • Must be goal/target oriented.
Salary
  • Remuneration is very attractive and comes three pronged; Fixed monthly Salary, Weekly commissions on turnover and daily transportation allowance.
  • Quarterly bonuses also exist for exceptional performance.
