Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Receive bulk hair products from production and prepare them for packaging.
Sort, arrange, and bundle hair attachments based on length, texture, and color.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with company hygiene standards.
Record daily production outputs and report shortages or errors to the supervisor.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
Assist with inventory management and materials usage tracking.
Work collaboratively with the production and quality control teams.
Adhere to safety requirements and company policies.
Perform trimming, combing, and alignment of hair extensions ensuring neat presentation.
Insert hair attachments into packaging materials such as wraps, labels, tags, and polybags.
Operate basic packaging equipment where necessary (e.g., sealing machines, labeling machines).
Ensure accurate branding, barcoding, and product information labeling.
Inspect packaged items for defects, tangles, dirt, or damage before sealing.
