Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Officer

Location: Lagos.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designing of website
  • Management of online presence including the handling of our social media handles
  • Exceptionally good in graphic designs
  • Assists in troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network issues and coordinates/escalates issues with appropriate staff for problem resolution.
  • Respond to network user inquiries.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Monitoring functions of all network devices within the Organization to ensure optimal performances of all hardware and software systems
  • Maintain and manage organization website accordingly
  • Keeping log of all computer systems
  • Assists all employees and departments with the set-up, and maintenance of individual company computers, including laptops and other appliances.
  • Performs other duties as related to information computer system.

Job Title: Handyman / Facility Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, generating plants and heating, are well-maintained
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
  • Maintained records and files, prepared reports and ordered supplies/equipment
  • Diagnosed malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components with the help of test
  • Provided preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services as well as assisted during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators, and driving needed
  • Performed physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving heavy objects with the use of forklift, bobcats, and Heavy Equipment trucks
  • Used test equipment and hand tools to locate the causes of breakdowns and/or system. Performed electronic repair to board and component level equipment, inspections and repairs on generators and power supplies.
  • Performed complex maintenance, testing, operated, diagnosed, repaired, and aligned generators. Operated electrical power generating distribution centers, AC/DC.
  • Diagnosed equipment problems using manuals, schematics, and various test equipment.
  • All types of Diesel and Gas Generator Installation, troubleshooting, from 5 Kw to 1 Mega Tracked and documented repairs for various light duty combustion engines
  • Maintained and serviced light duty combustion engines
  • Regulated valves, ignition points, alternators, regulators, and solenoids
  • Performed senior supervisory duties over 30 subordinates
  • Performed various maintenance services to include oil services, fluid flushes, preventative maintenance, and small generator repairs.

Others:

  • Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Perform general electrical maintenance.
  • Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
  • Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
  • Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.

Job Title: Pool Driver

Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To drive any Company vehicle in accordance with the legal requirements and Company procedures following duties allocated by the managements.
  • To communicate with customers in a clear concise and polite manner and to ensure they are respected and made to feel welcome regardless of age, sex, race, colour or culture.
  • To follow all legislative requirements concerning Drivers’ hours regulations, including the use of maps, if appropriate.
  • To ensure that any vehicle is driven with due care and attention, ensuring the safety of the client’s consignments and general public.
  • To ensure that defensive driving is practiced throughout every journey, being aware of potential hazards and how to avoid them, complying with Company procedures when parking or handing over vehicles.
  • To ensure the Driver ‘First Use’ and defect procedure is fully completed to ensure safety and road-worthy condition of the vehicle.
  • To ensure customers with special needs are given every assistance and attention, and to be able to control difficult/challenging customers within legislative and Company procedures.
  • To handle any emergency which may arise, including following procedures in the event of a vehicle fire.
  • To carry out duties safely in accordance with all Company and legal requirements, and be fully conversant with the duty of employees under the Health & Safety legislation.
  • To ensure prompt and accurate completion of all appropriate reports.
  • To promote the company generally and do everything possible to enhance the company’s image through appearance and behaviour, ensuring that they report for duty sober, in smart uniform and on time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of WASC/GCE/SSCE.
  • Minimum of 4 years practical experience
