Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling graphics. 
• As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist the design team in creating graphics for various digital platforms, etc

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual concepts for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital/print platforms.
• Work closely with senior designers and other team members to develop design solutions that align with project objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visually appealing content for campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques to keep the company's visual assets fresh and current.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Take feedback from senior designers and supervisors to refine and improve designs.
• Support the development of creative concepts for client presentations and internal projects.
• Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Update and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
• Prepare design files for print and digital use, ensuring accurate formatting and resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques to keep the company's visual assets fresh and current.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or relevant role (internships and freelance projects count).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and take direction.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (submit link with application).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Experience in video editing or animation tools is a bonus.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
