  • This position requires someone who has a passion for social mediawith sound knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Someone who’s passionate about brands, understands strategy, memorable campaigns and is willing to work after hours.
  • Good understanding of the brand’s tone, the audience and product offering is vital.
Main Areas of Responsibilities
  • Have excellent copywriting skills and a superb eye for detail
  • Build FAQ sheets
  • Brainstorming of content ideas
  • Live tweeting
  • Give input and add value when it comes to content strategy
  • Be up-to-date with latest industry and social trends
  • Responsible for proofreading all content before being distributed on platforms
  • Strong ability to develop detailed content plans that remain true to the client’s brand
  • Responsible for managing communities, responding to queries, liaising with client service or actual clients, creating and presenting reports.
  • Routine to check Facebook and Twitter every few hours, and weekends aren't any different.
  • Close conversations successfully on social media channels and find proactive social ideas.
  • Monitor & measure, analyse and review data in the form of a Social Media Report
Job Requirements Qualification:
  • Matric
  • Higher Certificate/Diploma/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Media Studies) or relevant degree
Experience:
  • 3-years plus social media experience (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Experience in a full-service digital communications agency or similar role
  • Preferred experience: Sprinklr + Social Media Listening Tool
      Job Title: Account Executive Location: Lagos, Nigeria Summary of Position
  • Under moderate direction, to work within significant limits and authority in the management of all advertising campaigns.
Main Areas of Responsibilities Account Management:
  • Day to day manage sound relationships  (client/agency)
  • Timeously communicate the status of projects (client/agency)
Work Procedures:
  • Prepares contact and status reports
  • Maintain regular team communication
  • Sourcing of relevant information or products for briefs, photography shoots and clients
Client Service Management:
  • Strong administration (accurately)
  • ssist AM’s Detail focused
  • Gain a full understanding of the client’s business
Time Management:
  • Actively assist in ensuring deadlines are met
  • Timeous response to internal and external requests
  • Accurately completion of time sheets
  • Financial/Cost Control
  • Ensuring all necessary evidence is obtained per campaingn
  • Checking accuracy (invoices against quotes)
Job Requirements Experience:
  • 2 years experience in a related field
  • Self starter with initiative and ability
  • Matric and any advertising experience
