  • Attend to all visitors ( visitors registration, liaising with managers / employees for orientation of visitors)
  • Ensure that all company assets, tools and the environment of the Company are maintained to the highest quality standards and assist with the smooth running of the department.
  • Assist in organizing all safety related training issues; ensure all First-Aid Boxes/all safety gadgets such as Fire Extinguishers, etc are adequate for Company’s use
  • To carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department
  • Assist in the on-boarding/induction process of new hires recruitment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution with a minimum of Second Class, Upper Division.
  • 3 years minimum experience.
Job Title: Technical and Regulatory Affair Manager Location: Lagos Role Summary
  • The registration of new products and the maintenance of registration of approved products in order to ensure viability of these products in the marketplace.
  • Maintaining good relationship with appropriate authorities to enhance registration of new products and renewal of registration of the approved products.
Main Responsibilities
  • To lead, develop and manage regulatory affairs team
  • To lead the strategic planning and co-ordination of submission of new product registration applications in a timely manner and follow through the application during the evaluation phase to achieve approval in line with planned registrations
  • To enhance and facilitate approval of new products and re-registration of already approved products as at when due
  • Provide adequate training and guidance to the sales team and regulatory associates
  • Support our distributors on product knowledge issue.
  • To ensure (through follow up) that documents for new registration and re-registration are got to ensure submission is achieved by due dates
  • Meeting the registration submission and approval dates for products planned for launch each year
Requirements
  • A Second Class Upper in Agriculture/Soil Science or a related discipline.
  • A Masters Degree in Agronomy or Soil Science/ related professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • Good organizational skills, ability to execute multi-task priorities efficiently and work productively in a fast paced team-oriented environment
  • The candidate must be Sell-motivated, with Strong interpersonal skills, and Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good experience in data management systems.
  • At least 5 years’ experience
  • Attention to detail, commercially aware and ability to work with little or no supervision
Technical Skill Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Local regulatory environment and how this impacts regulatory strategy and implementation.
  • Knowledge of product registration and development practice, rules, regulations and guidelines.
