We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Mile 12, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Expand customer base of the company
• Increase the product portfolio size of the organization
• Generating more consumer loans and facilitates asset growth
• Coordinate and manage marketing campaign
• Computing and charging interest and fees on customers.
• Coordinate the activities of liabilities officer
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies.
• Reconcile all customer’s account
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational and Knowledge Required

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance and other related courses
• Minimum of 2 year proven experience in Microfinance or any financial institutions
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Good with numbers and financial planning
• Preferred candidate location: Ketu, Mile 12, Alapere and its environs.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Loan Officer

Location: Mile 12, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Minimum Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification 
• One year or more experience in a similar field is an added advantage.
• Applicant must be residing in Lagos.

Key Skills:

• Ability to work effectively and cope under pressure
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Work under no supervision.

Remuneration

• N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Senior Loan Officer

Location: Mile 12, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the team meets loan target.
• Coordinate the activities of the department.
• Give out =N= 3million loan in a month.
• Over see administrative functions of the department.

Educational and Knowledge Required

• B.Sc / HNDin Accounting, Banking and Finance and other related courses.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in Microfinance or any financial institutions.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
• Good with numbers and financial planning.
• Preferred candidate location: Ketu, Mile 12, Alapere and its environs.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 monthly

Job Title: Savings / Liability Officer

Location: Mile 12, Lagos

Duties

• Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Determine all applicable metrics and set up debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients and provide informations on loan approvals/rejections.
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Updatecustomers on types of loans and other financial services
• Maintain and update account records

Educational and Knowledge Required

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance and other related courses
• Minimum of 2-3year proven experience in Microfinance or any financial institutions
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Good with numbers and financial planning
• Preferred candidate location: Ketu, Mile 12, Alapere and its environs.

Remuniration
NGN30,000 - NGN40,000 Monthly
