Requirements
Minimum of 8 years schooling PLUS 3 years appropriate experience.
Possession of a valid local driver's license
Responsibilities
Assessing of and repair to buildings
Equipment and appliance maintenance and operation
Building maintenance, repairs and decorating
Facility cleanliness and safety


Job Position: Gardener
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years schooling PLUS 2 years appropriate experience
A possession of a valid local driver's license
Responsibilities
Garden maintenance and planting
Knowledge of mixing ingredients for soil maintenance and plant care
Knowledge of pruning trees, hedges and shrubs, cutting of lowers
Knowledge of mechanical devices, e.g. Sprinkler or irrigation systems
Proper knowledge on planning a garden and planting of grass and flowers
Proper selection of flowers in accordance to the seasons 

Job Position: Cleaner (x2)
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years schooling PLUS one year cleaning experience
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties such as:
Clean offices, passages, bathrooms and kitchen
Vacuum carpets
Wash an polish floors Oust and polish furniture
