Job Title: Executive Secretary
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Requirements

• Maintain the filing systems, take minutes of meetings.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, receive mails and ensure proper communication to and from all concerned.
• Execute support services including maintenance of calendar, appointments, answering telephones and assisting visitors,
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in English Languages (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience as Executive Secretary or similar position.
• Bachelors degree or Higher National Diploma required

• Minimum of HND with at least 3-5 years of experience, Direct Sales / Distribution is an asset
• Knowledge of Southwest region, including Lagos State Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal driven attitude
• Driving license for Tricycle is an asset

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• MBA considered an asset
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to Costing, Banking, Bank Statements, and working experience of ERP systems
• Ability to analyze and control budgets

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Human Resources Management or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position
• Proficiency with MS Word & Excel

• Minimum of HND in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering with previous experience with industrial machinery

• Must possess a valid Class E driver's license
