Job Title: Site Manager

Job Description / Requirements

• Ability to effectively and efficiently supervise construction of buildings
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification with 5 - 8 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 / month.

 

 

Job Title: Contract Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Requirements

• The right candidate must be a seasoned Builder with very sound cognate experience in contract planning and scheduling, construction management and modern construction technology.
• A minimum of HND (Building) with Credit or B.Sc (Building) with second class lower division and atleast 7 years post NYSC experience in a reputable construction company is required.
• Possession of an M.Sc decree in Construction Management or MNIOB will be added advantage.

Salary

• N100,000 - N150,000 / month.

 

 

Job Title: Mall / Facility Manager (Facility Management & Marketing)

Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Description

• A typical day may include negotiating a lease with a retailer, handling maintenance requests and handling customer complaints and public relations.

The Responsibilities of the Mall Manager Position:

• Planning, developing and directing marketing efforts in getting tenants into the facilities and ensuring the halls are constantly booked with events and
• Facility maintenance, buildings, grounds, estates and landscape
• Develop, negotiate and coordinate client, vendor and rent contracts, agreements and charges
• Research and understand local economic market to be implemented in efforts to enhance brand image and position compared to competitors
• Recruit, train, coordinate and manage mall staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and oversee the activities, cleanliness, and functionality of the malls, its equipment and its surroundings
• Arrange and coordinate events and services, such as catering, decorating, and any equipment needed, for participants and ensuring deadlines and budgets must be strictly adhered to
• Working closely with the accountant(s) to ensure strict budget controls, accountability and administration of financial services and records
• Meeting with clients, vendors and tenants to discuss their needs and outlining their package options
• Maintaining strong, excellent clientele/investors/business partners relationships
• Managing your staff to ensure that they are being efficient and effective
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 8 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 / month.

 

 

Job Title: Foreman

Location: Owerri - Imo

• Ability to effectively and efficiently work in a construction site {masonry, carpentry, electricity, Plumbing and iron bending.
• Candidates should possess relevant qualification with 5-8 years work experience.
