• Undertaking administrative tasks,ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently.

Job Description

• Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
• Handling external and internal communication
• Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
• Keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the upper management
• Support budgeting and book-keeping procedures
• Create and update personnel records
• Assist other staff whenever necessary.

Minimum Qualification

• HND in Administration
• Experience Level: 0-1 year.

    Job Title: Accountant Location: Abuja Job Summary

• The management of day to day records of the company.
• To prepare accurate records for both financial and tax obligations.

Job Description

• Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other reports
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparation of tax returns ensuring compliance with tax requirements
• Provide year end account information to external auditors for audit exercise
• Maintain record of assets and liabilities
• Develop, maintain and analyze budget, prepare periodic reports that compare   budget cost to actual.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Maintains accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures

Minimum Qualification

• HND in Accounting
• Experience Level: 0-1 year
