FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client, a fast-growing and professionally-run FMCG company, with factory located in Shagamu/Ijebu-Ode axis and Head Office in Lagos Mainland, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning and Development Officer

Location: Ijebu-Ode, Sagamu - Ogun

Job Description

• Assisting with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well as resolving any training-related issues that may arise.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs and provide management with trainees’ programme reports.

Requirements

• B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in an FMCG or a manufacturing company.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Professional certification, e.g., ACIPM, SHRM will be an added advantage.

Salary Range
N2,9,000,000 - N3,500,000 / Annum.
