Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos, for a Legal Manager.
• The Legal Manager will be responsible for managing all legal affairs of the company.
• This includes preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and overseeing legal affairs related to identity management and payment systems.
• The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that legal risks are understood and addressed effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, with a professional qualification (e.g., Nigerian Bar Association) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Familiarity with identity management and payment systems is advantageous.
• Experience in managing Legal Affairs.
• Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance.
• Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting.
