The company has an authorized and paid up share capital of N150 Million. Paradigm Finance Ltd is a subsidiary of Paradigm Adjustment Company Ltd, a reputable management consulting firm that serves leading businesses and government agencies in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Provide legal, compliance and company secretarial support to ensure that Paradigm Finance Limited operates within applicable laws, CBN regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• LL.B Degree from a recognised university and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL).
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• 2–4 years’ post-call experience in legal practice or corporate legal department (financial services experience is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of CBN regulations, credit and collateral documentation.
